To limit the consumption of water and electricity, cleaning during your stay is carried out on request and charged at €5 per service.
The room will be 100% clean on your arrival of course, then after your departure, but during your stay (like at home) ask yourself the question: cleaning? Change of sheets? Change of towels? Is it really necessary?

After booking a room, you can cancel this reservation free of charge up to 10 days before the arrival date.
Remember that the day of arrival starts at midnight (CET). If you cancel too late, or fail to arrive on the scheduled day, we will charge you for your entire stay.
When you make your reservation, the Mas de la Grenouillère asks for your credit card number and informs you of the total amount of the stay which will be debited from the credit card you have provided. The amount of the stay is debited 10 days before your arrival date as indicated in our T&Cs provided when booking.
An ID may be requested upon arrival.
Once the reservation is made, a confirmation will appear instantly on the screen. It will contain all the details of your reservation as well as your reservation number. We advise you to print it.
Within minutes, you will receive a confirmation email with more information, such as hotel contact details.

Yes, you have the possibility to leave your suitcases at the reception if you arrive before your room is ready or if you have planned a horse ride before leaving, for example.

Yes, we provide you with a private spa area which consists of a jacuzzi and a sauna, accessible by reservation (possible before your stay, by email or telephone) at the price of €15 per person for 1 hour.

In case you need your room before 3 p.m., we suggest you book the night before so that it is ready when you arrive. Late check-outs are charged 50% of your room rate until 5 p.m. and 100% of your room rate after that time.
